What to include in a project enquiry
- What the AI does. For example a customer chatbot, an internal assistant, a hiring tool or an AI feature in your product.
- Where you operate. The countries your customers and staff are in, so we know which laws may apply.
- What you need. A test, a review, help with policies and documents, or someone to call on regularly.
- Your timing. Any deadline, audit, launch or customer request driving the work.
Please don’t send secrets in a first email
Leave out passwords, API keys, access details, personal data about your customers and confidential documents. Describe the situation in general terms first. If we work together, we’ll agree a secure way to share what’s needed.
